
Naylor Concrete has further expanded its commercial team with the appointment of Diane Batty as Commercial Administrator.
Diane brings over 30 years of experience in customer service management and team leadership, having worked across a variety of industries including brewing, workwear manufacturing and food production. Her previous roles include positions at Scottish & Newcastle, Wm Sugden/D2, Fox’s Biscuits and Ferrero.
In her new role, Diane will support the administration of all areas within the commercial team. She is responsible for handling the complaints and query process – ensuring all cases are logged, responded to promptly, and that customers are kept updated throughout. Diane will also be processing customer credits and assisting with day-to-day commercial functions.
Her appointment reflects Naylor Concrete’s continued investment in delivering high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
