Naylor Concrete Appoints National Retaining Wall Manager

Naylor Concrete is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Baldwin as National Retaining Wall Manager.

Michelle joins the business with nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing a strong background across aggregates, asphalt and ready-mix concrete. She has held a number of technical and commercial roles, most recently as a Technical Product Support Manager.

Throughout her career, Michelle has worked closely with architects and civil engineers at the pre-construction and design stages, providing technical guidance and support to help deliver effective project outcomes. She has also led CPD training sessions, ensuring customers stay up to date with key industry topics including value engineering, innovation and sustainability.

In her new role at Naylor Concrete, Michelle will take over from John O’Gara following his retirement, building on the strong foundations he has established within the retaining wall market. Her focus will be on driving further growth and expanding Naylor’s reach across its customer base.

Paul Whyte, Managing Director at Naylor Concrete, comments:

“Michelle’s technical expertise and industry experience make her a fantastic addition to the team. She is well positioned to build on the success of our retaining wall systems and support continued growth in this area of the business. We’re honoured to have her on the team!”
