SEALWALL TANKS: THE CHOICE OF UK WATER COMPANIES

Manufactured by Naylor Concrete, ‘Sealwall’ precast concrete tanks have been used extensively by UK water companies in a wide range of waste water treatment applications. Enabling liquid attenuation in above and below ground applications, this blog talks about the range and its benefits.

The benefits of Sealwall precast tanks

The liquid holding tank of choice for companies including Thames Water, Severn Trent, United Utilities and Welsh Water, Sealwall tanks are manufactured in the UK and delivered to site, ready-to-install. This means tanks do not have to be built by contractors, and so eliminates the need to ship aggregate materials and pour concrete on site.

With a design life of 50 years, Sealwall tanks also benefit from being manufactured in a controlled production environment: Concrete setting temperature is not an issue and water companies can be confident that tanks are made to a consistently high quality and finish. It also means installation can be scheduled into project plans without contractors having to worry about weather conditions on site.

How to install Sealwall tanks

Sealwall tanks are easy to handle and simple to install, optimising health and safety on site and minimising installation costs. For more information, watch our YouTube video https://bit.ly/3SKGQP6
